I became a Baking and Pastry Chef to bring back the great memories and tastes from when I baked with my grandmother’s. Baking is an art form to me and my passion. My name is Kiley Oliphant and I am the owner and head baker of Sugar Coated. After graduating Oklahoma State University with my bachelors in Hotel and Restaurant Administration I went to New York to pursue my passion of baking. I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in New York in October 2012 and then moved back home to Wichita to start my own business. My goal is to make my creations as unique and special as the person who places the order.
